We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and document findings accurately.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Provide direct patient care, including wound care, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
• Educate patients and their families about health management, medication usage, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care.

Requirements
• Proficient in medication administration with a strong understanding of pharmacology.
• Comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform patient assessments and interventions.
• Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and effective communication.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being capable of independent decision-making when necessary.
