Skills

• • Proven experience in recruitment or sales, preferably within a staffing agency.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective candidate engagement.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates alike.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and HRIS platforms is advantageous.
  • Experience with lead generation techniques is highly desirable.
