The Essentials 📍

• Location: Telford (Hybrid: 2 days in office) 🏢

• Pay: £16.35/hr (PAYE) or £21.25/hr (Umbrella) 💰

• Contract: Agency (Start: 9 Feb – 31 March 2026) 📅

• Hours: 37 hrs/week (Mon–Fri) 🕒

The Role 🤝

You’ll be the key professional for young people (ages 16–25), helping them smash their goals in:

• 🏠 Housing & Independent Living

• 🎓 Education & Employment

• 🧠 Wellbeing & Life Skills

• 📝 Case Management & Support Planning

What You Need ✅

• ✔️ Experience with care leavers or vulnerable youth.

• ✔️ Knowledge of statutory duties.

• ✔️ Full UK Driving Licence + own vehicle. 🚗

• ✔️ Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service preferred).
