Description
We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 qualified EYFS Assistant to support a nursery setting within a primary school in Somerset.
This is a temporary role covering staffing needs pending recruitment, starting mid-May.
š¹ Key Responsibilities
- Support children within an EYFS/nursery environment
- Assist in delivering age-appropriate learning activities
- Promote child development and wellbeing
- Ensure safeguarding and safety standards are maintained
š¹ Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 AM – 03:00 PM
- Friday: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Start Date: 18 May 2026
š¹ Requirements
- Level 3 (or higher) childcare qualification (essential)
- Experience in EYFS/nursery settings
- Understanding of safeguarding requirements
- Positive and proactive approach
