Job Overview

Everest Recruitment and Services Ltd is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated School Cleaner to join one of our education sector clients in the Devon area.

This position offers an immediate start and is expected to continue throughout the summer period, with the possibility of becoming a longer-term assignment based on operational requirements and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean classrooms, corridors, and other communal areas.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and maintain cleanliness throughout the premises.
• Clean and sanitize washrooms and toilet facilities.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• An Enhanced DBS certificate is preferred, or applicants must be willing to obtain one.
