We are recruiting experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to provide advanced support in schools across the UK. The role includes leading learning activities, supporting curriculum delivery, managing groups, and promoting an inclusive, safe learning environment.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured learning activities and lessons

Support pupils with SEN and additional needs

Assist in curriculum planning and implementation

Lead small groups and support whole-class teaching

Implement behaviour management strategies

Monitor, assess, and report pupil progress

Support safeguarding and wellbeing
-
Mentor and guide other teaching assistants

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, Child Development, Psychology, Health & Social Care, or related field

HLTA accreditation or equivalent experience preferred
