Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide finance/accounting team members in daily tasks.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and reports.

• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and support.

• Coordinate schedules, workloads, and priorities to meet deadlines.

• Identify and resolve workflow, operational, or process issues.

• Maintain compliance with internal policies, financial regulations, and reporting standards.

• Prepare reports for senior management on team performance and financial operations.

• Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
