The Details 📍
Location: Walsall (Civic Centre based 2 days/week) 🏙️
Pay: £32.67 per hour 💰
Hours: Full-time (37 hrs/week) 🕒
Duration: 3–6 months (Starts 9 Feb 2026!) 📅
The Role 👔
This is a high-level role combining expert practice with leadership:
👥 Line Management: Supervise staff & manage performance.
⚖️ Legislation: Lead on Mental Health Act & Mental Capacity Act cases.
🏥 Section 117: Support complex aftercare responsibilities.
🛡️ Risk & Safeguarding: Provide expert input on complex mental health cases.
Requirements (Must Have) ✅
🎓 Qualified Social Worker (SWE Registered).
📜 Post-Qualifying Award: (e.g., AMHP, BIA, or Practice Educator).
🧠 Experience: Substantial background in Adult Mental Health.
🚗 Driving: Full UK Licence + Enhanced DBS.
