We are seeking a dedicated and supportive Teaching Assistant to help teachers deliver lessons, support student learning, and contribute to a positive classroom environment. The role involves assisting with lesson preparation, providing one-to-one or group support, and promoting student engagement and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities.

• Assist students individually or in small groups to enhance learning.

• Help with lesson planning, preparation, and classroom resources.

• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.

• Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.

• Support students with additional learning needs (SEN) as required.

• Help maintain classroom discipline and organisation.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, empathy, and understanding of student needs.

• Organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively.

• Ability to support learning and development initiatives.

• Teamwork and collaboration with teachers and school staff.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: GCSEs (A*-C) or equivalent; relevant vocational qualifications preferred.

• Experience in a classroom or educational environment is an advantage.
