Everest Recruitment and Services Ltd is currently recruiting Female Care Workers for ongoing community care opportunities in Weymouth, Dorset.

We are seeking reliable and committed individuals with a valid UK driving licence to support service users within community and domiciliary care settings.

A typical shift will involve attending the office at the beginning of the shift, collecting a pool vehicle, and travelling to service users within the local community to provide care and support.

Key Duties:
• Personal care support
• Medication assistance
• Meal preparation
• General care and wellbeing support
• Community-based support visits

Shift Patterns Available:
• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Night shifts
• Weekend shifts

Typical Shift Times:
• 07:00 AM – 02:00 PM
• 04:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Requirements:
• Female applicants only due to the nature of the care requirements
• Valid UK driving licence required
• Mandatory training certificate required
• Previous care experience preferred
• Right to Work in the UK required
• No sponsorship available

Additional Information:
• Minimum 25 hours per week initially
• Full induction, training, uniform, and pool vehicle provided by the client
• Temp-to-perm opportunities may become available
• Candidates must be committed to regular shift availability
• Suitable candidates will be invited to a Teams meeting before induction
