Cover Supervisor – North West London

Everest Recruitment and Services Ltd is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors for ongoing opportunities across secondary schools and academies throughout North West London.

We are seeking motivated and professional individuals to support schools with daily supply cover, short-term absences, and ongoing classroom supervision requirements.

The successful candidates will supervise pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher while maintaining a positive, safe, and well-managed classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising classes during teacher absences
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school procedures
• Ensuring students remain engaged with set learning activities
• Reporting incidents and concerns appropriately
• Supporting positive learning environments

Requirements:
• Previous experience within educational or youth-based environments preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Professional and adaptable approach
• Enhanced DBS preferred
• Right to Work in the UK required
