Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and person-centred nursing care.

• Safely administer and manage medication.

• Monitor residents and escalate clinical concerns appropriately.

• Maintain accurate clinical records.

• Contribute to care plans and risk assessments.

• Work effectively with carers and multidisciplinary teams.

• Follow safeguarding and infection prevention procedures.

• Maintain residents' dignity and confidentiality.

• Work in accordance with NMC professional standards.

Requirements

• Active NMC registration.

• Minimum 1 year relevant nursing experience.

• Previous nursing home experience preferred.

• Strong medication management and clinical skills.

• Up-to-date Mandatory Training.

• Right to work in the UK.

• Availability for flexible day, night and weekend shifts.
