Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective and person-centred nursing care.
• Administer medication in accordance with clinical procedures and care plans.
• Monitor and assess patients' or residents' health and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
• Identify and escalate changes in condition or clinical concerns.
• Work effectively with care staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain dignity, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.

Essential Requirements

• Current UK NMC registration.
• Minimum 1 year UK nursing experience.
• Recognised nursing qualification.
• Strong medication administration and clinical assessment skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Successful completion of Everest Recruitment & Services Ltd's required DBS and compliance checks.
