Everest Recruitment & Services Ltd is recruiting an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) for temporary agency work within a nursing home service in Walsall, WS6.

The service currently requires approximately 250 hours of nursing cover per month, shared across the service depending on rota requirements. Day, night and weekend shifts are available.

Pay: Competitive pay, depending on experience and engagement arrangements

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and person-centred nursing care.
• Administer and manage medication accurately.
• Monitor residents and respond to changes in their condition.
• Maintain accurate clinical and care records.
• Support care planning and risk assessments.
• Work effectively with carers and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow safeguarding and infection prevention procedures.
• Maintain residents' dignity, wellbeing and confidentiality.
• Work in accordance with NMC professional standards.

Requirements

• Active NMC registration.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
• Previous nursing home experience is desirable.
• Strong clinical and medication management skills.
• Up-to-date Mandatory Training.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to work flexible day, night and weekend shifts.
