Support Worker – Bolton

Everest Recruitment & Services Ltd is recruiting experienced Support Workers for temporary agency assignments in the Bolton area.

Day, night and weekend shifts are available, with opportunities for ongoing work depending on service requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily routines and activities.
• Administer medication safely and in accordance with care plans and procedures.
• Support individuals to maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns appropriately.
• Work independently where required and communicate effectively with the wider care team.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience working within a care or support environment.
• Accredited Medication Administration training completed in a face-to-face setting.
• Medication competency assessed and signed off.
• Ability to provide personal care.
• Comfortable undertaking some lone working.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work day, night and weekend shifts.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Successful completion of the required DBS and compliance checks.

Pay

£13.50 per hour.

Start Date

14 September 2026.
