Care Workers – Northern Ireland

Everest Recruitment and Services Ltd is recruiting Care Workers for current and upcoming assignments across Northern Ireland.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Supporting service users with personal care and daily activities
• Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing
• Assisting with mobility, meals and hydration
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Following individual care plans
• Maintaining accurate care records
• Reporting concerns or changes in a service user’s condition
• Following safeguarding, infection-control and health-and-safety procedures

Requirements:

• You must already have the legal right to work in the UK
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this vacancy
• You must live within a reasonable travelling distance of the available assignment
• A caring, reliable and professional attitude
• Good spoken and written communication skills
• Willingness to complete all required compliance checks
• Enhanced AccessNI clearance, including a barred-list check where applicable
• Satisfactory references and employment-history checks

Previous care experience is preferred but is not essential for every assignment. Applicants without experience may be considered if they demonstrate the right attitude and are willing to complete the necessary training and compliance requirements.

Applicants who do not hold the required training certificates may be able to access suitable training options. Training, certification and AccessNI checks may involve a cost. Any applicable fees will be explained before you agree to proceed.
