Everest Recruitment and Services Ltd is recruiting experienced Support Workers for temporary agency assignments in the Swindon area.

The role involves providing safe and person-centred support, promoting independence and wellbeing, following individual care plans and safeguarding procedures, and working professionally alongside service teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting individuals with their day-to-day needs
• Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
• Following care and support plans
• Maintaining accurate records
• Following safeguarding and health and safety procedures
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and service users

Requirements:

• Previous care or support work experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and professional approach
• Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care
• Right to work in the UK
• Willingness to complete DBS, references and required compliance checks
• Flexibility to work temporary agency shifts

Working pattern:
Flexible morning, daytime and evening shifts, typically between 07:00 and 22:00. Hours depend on assignment availability and additional shifts may be offered.
