Day, night and weekend shifts may be available depending on ongoing client requirements, with opportunities for regular agency work.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and high-quality nursing care.
• Administer medication in accordance with clinical procedures.
• Monitor residents' health and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate nursing and care documentation.
• Support care planning and risk assessments.
• Work collaboratively with care staff and other professionals.
• Follow safeguarding, infection control and clinical governance requirements.
• Maintain professional standards in accordance with the NMC Code.

Requirements

• Active NMC registration.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
• Nursing home or elderly care experience desirable.
• Medication management experience.
• Up-to-date Mandatory Training.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends.
