Everest Recruitment and Services is seeking an experienced Social Worker – Family Help to join a multi-disciplinary team within the Children, Families & Education directorate at Luton Borough Council.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct holistic assessments of need and risk for children and families
• Undertake statutory duties under the Children Act 1989
• Create and manage SMART care plans using a strength-based approach
• Maintain accurate records on Liquid Logic (GDPR compliant)
• Represent the Local Authority in court proceedings
• Work collaboratively across multi-agency partnerships

Requirements:

• Active Social Work England registration
• Recognised Social Work qualification
• Substantial post-qualifying experience in Children & Families
• Enhanced DBS (we can assist with processing)
• Right to Work in the UK
