Support Worker – Belfast (Flexible / Agency Work)

Everest Recruitment and Services Ltd is currently recruiting Support Workers to support a range of care services across Belfast and surrounding areas.

This role involves working within supported living, care homes, and community-based settings, providing person-centred support to individuals with varying needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting individuals with daily living activities

• Assisting with personal care where required

• Promoting independence and wellbeing

• Following care plans and maintaining accurate records

• Working as part of a care team to deliver safe and effective support

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in a care or support role preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable and compassionate approach

• Right to work in the UK

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Working Arrangements:

• Flexible shifts (day, night, and weekend work available)

• Full-time and part-time opportunities

• Temporary and ongoing assignments

Additional Information:

This role is offered on an agency basis, with onboarding and compliance checks required prior to placement. Assignments are expected to begin from May 2026.
