Everest Recruitment and Services Ltd is recruiting Support Workers for current and upcoming assignments across Northern Ireland.
We are looking for compassionate, dependable and motivated individuals who can provide person-centred support to adults with a range of needs.
Key responsibilities may include:
• Supporting individuals with daily routines and independent living
• Providing emotional and practical support
• Assisting with personal care where required
• Supporting community activities and appointments
• Following individual support and risk-management plans
• Maintaining accurate records and daily notes
• Promoting choice, dignity, independence and inclusion
• Reporting safeguarding or wellbeing concerns promptly
• Following infection-control and health-and-safety procedures
Requirements:
• You must already have the legal right to work in the UK
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this vacancy
• You must live within a reasonable travelling distance of the assignment
• A compassionate, patient and respectful approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and flexibility to work agreed shifts
• Willingness to complete all required compliance checks
• Enhanced AccessNI clearance, including a barred-list check where applicable
• Satisfactory references and employment-history checks
Previous support-work or care experience is preferred but is not essential for every assignment. Suitable applicants without previous experience may be considered and may need to complete relevant training before being cleared for work.
Training, certification and AccessNI checks may involve a cost. All applicable fees will be explained clearly before you agree to proceed.
