Support Worker – Kent

Everest Recruitment & Services Ltd is recruiting Support Workers for temporary agency assignments across supported living services in Kent.

Opportunities are currently available in Deal, Westgate-on-Sea, Sandwich and Herne Bay, with day, night and weekend shifts available.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to individuals within supported living services.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities where required.
• Promote independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing.
• Follow individual support plans and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate records and report concerns appropriately.
• Support individuals safely within their home and community.
• Work effectively with colleagues and other professionals.

Essential Requirements

• Previous care or support work experience preferred.
• Up-to-date mandatory care training.
• Mandatory training certificates available for verification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care.
• Ability to work day, night and weekend shifts.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Successful completion of DBS and Everest compliance checks.

Pay

 £12.00 – £14.00 per hour
